Hanging in there

Keep remembering me when you pray. I just can't seem to overcome the congestion in my lungs. It is causing me to sweat profusely at night and making the matter worse. I am believing God for complete deliverance so stand united with me if you will. I was not able to sleep again last night and I am just worn out. (Note: That is not my teddy bear in bed with me as I have a gorilla. My nose is not that red either.)

Congress says they are looking into this Bernard Madoff scandal. How about that ....the guy who made $50 billion disappear is being investigated by the people who made $750 billion disappear.

Clertide's Birthday

There is not enough to be said of this lady as she is no doubt the hardest working person at our Mission Compound. She has been a part of our family for many years and I have the utmost respect and love for her. She is the wife of Jordanny and the mother of Michaelle, David, and Daniel........ Happy Birthday Sweetheart.

Club Saturday

Today was the day the kids call "Club Saturday." There were 68 little ones served today and did they ever have a good time. We are so thankful to God and to those that make these events possible.

Uwe will be here on Monday

Uwe Muench will be arriving here from Cologne, Germany at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Uwe is a precious young man who has become part of our family here at Royal Palm Children's Home. He is dedicated, loyal and truly a great blessing to all of us here. He will be arriving before the group from U.C.L.A. which will arriving on Thursday. Everyone here is so excited and looking forward to seeing their friends once again. Me, well I know that Uwe will be bring me some of that "Curry Ketchup" that you can only get in Europe. So, when he gets here I will have an extra special treat. ..... It is Ummmmmm good.

Not out of the woods yet

Yesterday I was better but today has not been a good day for me. I guess I am not out of the woods yet as I feel pretty tough tonight. I am going back to bed and see how I feel tomorrow. I have missed adding to my blog but perhaps tomorrow I will feel more like it. I already have some things scheduled so it won't be a total loss if you check the blog out tomorrow.
