Who could look into these eyes and not be grateful for "Club Saturday" that we have each week. A time for little kids to come together, have treats such as bread and butter or peanut butter, and fresh juice. What a blessing.

School Feeding Today

Today was another great day at School. One hundred and ninety eight Children were served a hot meal, for most it will be the only hot meal they will have today. This program is so great and the Mothers and Fathers of Fond Doux are so grateful, not counting the Kids. Thanks to those who help make this possible.

Club Saturday Today October 24, 2009

"Big Bread" for a little boy. Bread and butter or bread with peanut butter and fresh juice was served today at "Club Saturday" where 70 little children were served. Those who were not doing their Saturday's chores were present to have a good time4. Bible stories, games, and then food. What could be better?

School Feeding Today October 22nd.

Delicious, hot food was served to 190 Children today in our "School Feeding" program. This makes the total for this year so far to be over 9,000 meals served. We are so thankful for those who have helped to make this possible.

School Feeding Monday October 19, 2009

The "School Feeding" program does not only feed the Children in our School but also feeds Children from other schools who are invited to come and enjoy a hot meal. Other schools do not offer this service and we are happy that so far we have been able to do it. Today we were able to feed 180 Children.

Club Saturday Saturday October 17, 2009

Today is fun day for the kids. For those who do not have to work in the fields or help around the house, they can spend their morning at "Club Saturday." They have an opportunity to listen to Bible Stories, Play Games, and have a Haitian Breakfast. Peanut Butter and Bread with fresh juice is always a treat to these little ones. Sunday is a busy day with Church and then getting their lessons done for Monday morning so today is a special day for them.

To my Sister

Today would have been my Sister’s birthday. She has been gone 14 years now and the hurt in my heart is still there. Time doesn’t heal the hurt, it just makes it easier to face each day. Her favorite thing was a butterfly, so I am dedicating this one to her. I love you Sis.

School Feeding October 15, 2009

Today was another day that we were able to feed the Kids at school. One hundred and seventy Children were fed a good hot meal for which we are grateful.

Marienese's Birthday

You will never find a more loving and caring child than Marienese. She is so precious and is always wanting to please. She likes to help entertain the little ones and treats them so nice. "Happy Birthday Marienese." We all love you.

School Feeding Program today and we were able to feed 170 Children. We are so thankful for this program and those that help us.

Club Saturday October 10, 2009

When Saturday rolls around everyone knows it ts time for the kids to have a special day. Club Saturday is the name they gave it. A time of play, Bible stories, and refreshments. Today we had 50 little kids show up. Many of the others are working on Saturday helping their Mothers around the house or their fathers in the fields.

Marvick's Birthday Party

This is a picture that was taken during Marvick's Birthday party tonight. After church all the kids gathered around and enjoyed cake, popcorn, cold drinks and other treats.

Marvick's Birthday

Poppa Bob's little boy Marvick turns nine years old today. Only God in heaven knows how much I love this little guy. He has been with me since the day he was born. He is a very tender and kind hearted little guy. Everyone here knows when Marvick is around. "Happy Birthday Marvick."

Today Thursday October 8th 2009

Kids will be kids no matter where they are. Here this little girl is clowning for the camera. The school feeding was held today and 166 Children were fed. Some of the Children come from other schools to eat with us as their school doesn't provide a hot meal. Food is very expensive here in Haiti and for these Children to be able to have a delicious hot meal is a real blessing. Thanks to those who help make this possible. Your giving is doing a good work here in Haiti.

Today, Monday Oct 5 School Feeding

This little girl is digging in and really enjoying her hot meal. There were 154 Chldren fed today at school. This is such a wonderful program.

Frantzy's Birthday

Frantzy, or Cheet as he is know here, is a young man you will see a lot of if you are around here. He loves music and talking on the telephone. "Happy Birthday Cheet."

Club Saturday Oct. 3rd.

Kids look forward to Club Saturday where they can play games, listen to Bible Stories, and have their breakfast of bread and butter along with some juice. Saturday is always a special day as it is the kids time to play. Through the week they get up so early and by the time they get home, do their homework, and have dinner it is time for bed.

October 1st

Today we fed 91 Children in School. This is such a tremendous program for which we Praise the Lord. If it were not for people who listened to His voice this could not happen.
